Introduzione
|
JP Series Pressing Robots allow for programmable force, speed, distance and time.
Using the onboard 32bit processor plus feedback from the built-in encoder and
load cell, the robot is capable of performing complex assembly and testing operations.
Janome has developed user-friendly software for easy set up of pressing operations
and comparative analysis to ensure parts are being assembled according to your
design specifications.
|
Alta precisione
|
The JP Series Pressing Robot is repeatable to ±1% of the maximum load value of the model.
For example, the JP053 model is accurate to 0.5kg or 1lb.
Janome has selected high-resolution servomotors and precision-finished ball-screws
to ensure repeat accuracy of ±0.01mm.
|
Parametri di controllo
|
The pressing robot can be operated by controlling precisely what you need,
satisfying the most demanding requirements.
You can program multiple sensor settings to ensure loads are met at defined points
during the press operation.
Sensor settings look at load, position, distance and differential points to ensure
that the press curve is following a defined path throughout the entire cycle.
If the press curve exceeds the limits in a sensor setting, the robot will alert the
system or operator of the defect and specify which sensor setting was violated.
|
Interfaccia |
Janome provideds 17 inputs and 16 outputs of pre-designated I/O.
The I/O allows you to load programs and start cycle as well as several other operations from an external controller.
|
Programmazione
|
Janome has developed a user-friendly dialog based interface.
The software requires that you select the type of pressing operation wanted and set max load and distance parameters.
This can be done for single-stage or two-stage pressing operations.
|
Software su PC
|
The JP Series comes standard with data sampling software to display a pressure curve at the end of the press cycle and outputs a comma-delimited file containing load and position to a PC.
Program parameters can also be sent out with the data sampling software such as sensor results.
|
Funzioni di controllo qualità in software PC
|
This feature contributes greatly to respecting ISO9000 criteria.
"Acceptability" ranges for pressure and position can be set as desired.
This reduces defective production and allows preventing output from reaching the next station.
If connected to a Personal Computer the data can also be saved for analysis.
|
Varie configurazioni
|
Janome offers the pressing robot in three different models,
seven load ranges varying from 50kg – 8000kg,
two stroke options, and a clean room version.
There is a model for nearly any small part assembly application.
|
Modelli per vari tipi di produzione
|
There are three architectures of Janome Pressing Robots to meet your requirements.
If you are building a custom machine with minimum space constraints, the ultra-compact Unit Model pressing robot is ideal.
The Unit Model is for in-line system use combined with external equipment, and can be oriented in any direction.
The Head Model can also be used for in-line system use combined with external equipment.
The robot, the controller and the operating panel are integrated into a head intended for vertical or horizontal use.
If you have an assembly process that may require an operator, Janome offers a Stand-alone Model pressing robot, designed to look just like a classic press working vertically.
The robot, the controller and the operating panel are integrated and mounted on a pressing stand equipped with safety switches.
